AdWare Systems, a subsidiary of ValueClick , has entered into agreements with three new communications firms. The software developer will supply Zentropy, Hawk Media and The Zillner Group with tools for the management of finance, production, and media buying operations.

Zentropy, the interactive subsidiary of McCann-Erickson WorldGroup, will install AdWare financial, production and print management functions in four offices across North America. Hawk Media, an auditor of media buying companies, and niche marketer The Zillner Group will install the same tools with the addition of a broadcast solution.

Internet services firm Agency.com will be working with S-B Power Tool (SBPT) company, a Bosch Group subsidiary, to develop a marketing and sales portal. The portal will facilitate communication and collaboration among several of the tool maker’s business units — including Bosch, Skil and Dremel — streamline business processes, and increase productivity.

“This portal is the first step toward building an enterprise-wide portal for S-B Power Tool Company that will replace the company’s current intranet to better serve all of its constituents,” said Don Scales, Western region president at Agency.com.

The two companies have a long-standing relationship. Most recently, the tool manufacturer enlisted Agency.com in Web site development for Skil Tools and Bosch Tools.

MindArrow Systems will provide RadicalMail functionality to Web marketing firm Naviant, adding streaming and transactional capabilities to its product offering. MindArrow’s RadicalMail technology also allows purchase of products directly within an e-mail message, appealing to Naviant since it eliminates the need for recipients to click-through to a client’s Web site to consummate an e-commerce transaction.

“Naviant is focused on giving its customers best-of-breed technologies,” said Michael Brauser, CEO of Naviant. “MindArrow’s RadicalMail technology is widely regarded as the industry standard in enhanced electronic messaging.”

Eastman Kodak has expanded its relationship with Modem Media , naming the interactive agency a leading firm in its digital marketing efforts.

“Over the past six months, Modem Media has helped the Kodak business team leverage the Internet to better support our overall business strategies,” said Bob LaPerle, general manager of kodak.com and a Kodak vice president. “We are delighted to have them on our team to help us deliver increased user satisfaction.”
