Jacor Selects 2CAN Media as its Online Agency

2CAN Media Inc.was selected by Jacor
Communications Inc. as its online advertising partner to support a planned
network of more than 200 Web sites for Jacor’s radio stations.


2CAN will power Jacor’s network of Web sites through its ECG Division, which
has the focus and flexibility to accommodate a partnership of this magnitude.
Billings were not disclosed.


Additionally, 2CAN Media’s Syndication and Sponsorship Division will create
“beyond the banner” sponsorship programs for Jacor, intended to drive
incremental advertising revenue by implementing sponsorships, including
contests, sweepstakes, content area sponsorships and other promotional
programs.


“Jacor chose 2CAN Media because of its ability to effectively communicate the
extraordinary Internet advertising opportunities that our radio site network
will create,” said Nick Miller, vice president of marketing for Jacor.

Jacor is the nation’s second largest radio company measured by total stations
and Jacor and its wholly owned subsidiary, Premiere Radio Networks, combine to
form the third largest provider of syndicated radio programming in the
country.


On Oct. 8, Jacor and Clear Channel Communications signed a definitive merger
agreement for a tax-free, stock-for-stock transaction, which is pending. is
pending.


2CAN is a full-service interactive media company. It is comprised of five
sales channels: ECG, Grupo NetFuerza, MediaPlus, Pinnacle Interactive and
WebRep.
