HP Launches Networking Certification Program

Oct 21, 2010

HP is launching an ambitious effort to overhaul the landscape of network certification. With the new ExpertONE training and certification program, the company is looking to keep pace with the fast-growing networking field, and avoid the trap of offering certifications for technologies that soon fall obsolete.

In that spirit, HP is focusing on converged infrastructure with its ExpertONE program, and offering a fast track course for professionals who already have Cisco certifications. Enterprise Networking Planet takes a look.

HP today launched new training and certification programs under the name ExpertONE. As part of the ExpertONE program, HP is adding new certifications for training IT personnel about converged infrastructure. For those with existing Cisco certifications, HP has a fast track program that will recognize prior learning as part of the ExpertONE certification process.
