Egghead.com Will Sell Software on MSN Shopping

Internet-only software retailer Egghead.com Inc. signed an agreement with Microsoft to be the main computer software merchant on MSN Shopping and have an
advertising presence on the service’s various sites.

Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

The MSN agreement is in addition to earlier agreements between Egghead.com and
Yahoo! Inc. GeoCities, Home Network, DoubleClick Inc., America Online, CNET
Inc., Netscape, ZDNet and others, Egghead.com said.
