Corp., Motivation Net and Impulse! Buy Network said that they will
integrate their software into a single system.
LinkShare is a provider of affiliate
programs; MotivationNet developed the MyPoints! incentive program; and
Impulse! Buy Network provides merchandising technology.
“This integration will
provide online retailers with a singular interface allowing merchants to
create, maintain, and update their online distribution strategies,” said
Stephen Messer, LinkShare’s CEO and co-founder. “Until now,
online merchants had to investigate, identify, and test many different tools
to help build their online businesses. At one location, online merchants will
be provided with a set of tools that have been proven to grow e-commerce.”
LinkShare recently released its version 3.0 upgrade of its synergy software,
(LSN 3.0) to provide its over 100 merchants and 15,000 affiliates with the
ability to build and manage their affiliate programs. The new integration will
reach LinkShare merchants and affiliates.
By integrating the technology, LinkShare said it hopes to provide Internet
retailers with an easy-to-use e-commerce package.
Best known for the MyPoints online rewards program,
MotivationNet is a provider of
Internet and database technologies integrated with loyalty marketing
techniques to improve one-to-one relationships for over 75 online and offline
marketers. Based in Schaumburg, IL, MotivationNet is a financial partner of
Experian/Direct Tech, a wholly owned subsidiary of Experian.
Based in Burlingame, CA, Impulse! Buy Network enables merchants
to reach online consumers with time-sensitive, limited-quantity offers on
name-brand products. The company’s mission is to encourage impulse shopping
