ModaCAD Inc. said it will preview its new e-business solution at an international multimedia show in Cannes, France, this week.

ModaCAD will be demonstrating its new content management technology throughout the Milia ’98 show in conjunction with Intel. ModaCAD will demonstrate the company’s fashion merchandising software that features a photo-realistic, 3D-rendered virtual shopping mall to enable consumers to experiment with creating outfits.

The demonstration also incorporates the use of push technology, which enables
the software to automatically update and deliver the latest fashion designs to end users.

Maurizio Vecchione, president of ModaCAD said: “We believe this new breed of
online content manager will become a re-usable format for other focused
applications.”

ModaCAD’s core rendering technology enables computers to create photo-
realistic synthetic 3D images on a computer screen from computer generated
data, in real-time. ModaCAD develops, markets, and licenses 3D rendering,
modeling and virtual reality software for a variety of applications to the
commercial, consumer, e-commerce and OEM marketplaces.
