Pandesic LLC, the Internet company from Intel and SAP, and Novo/Ironlight signed a channel alliance to assist with integrating Pandesic’s e-business solution.

The alliance will further enhance Los Angeles-based Pandesic’s channel expertise with Novo/Ironlight’s storefront creation and management expertise, enabling merchants to easily set up and maintain the Pandesic Solution, Pandesic said. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Said Bryan Plug, president and CEO of Pandesic: “By working with channel partners such as Novo/Ironlight, we are able to build further on our vision of pioneering e-business by presenting an integrated e-business solution that offers profitability and speed- to-market to its users.”

“Novo/Ironlight has positioned itself as one of the country’s leading integrators of e-business systems. The Pandesic solution allows Novo/Ironlight to more effectively serve its clients who are expanding their involvement with online business enterprises,” said Ronald Wagner, chief communications officer of Novo/Ironlight.

Novo/Ironlight is certified nationwide by Pandesic as a professional Internet strategy and consulting firm to provide systems integration services for the Pandesic e-business solution.

San Francisco-based Novo/Ironlight is an interactive company that develops online businesses for Fortune 1000 clients.
