Yahoo! Inc. and Shopping.com inked an
advertising/sponsorship agreement allowing Yahoo! to have a convenient link to
shopping for over 1.5 million items online.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The agreement includes a sponsorship of the Yahoo! E-mail program, whereby a
Yahoo! user can request information on Shopping.com or may jump directly to
the site via a link on the exit page of the service.

Shopping.com will also be featured via a targeted banner advertising program
in many other areas of the Yahoo! site including its Visa Shopping Guide.
Shopping.com will also be a significant participant in other 1998 Yahoo!
promotions including the Yahoo! Holiday Extravaganza.

Shopping.com, founded by Robert J. McNulty, offers a 1.5-million item
selection of brand name consumer products organized by category. Both the
consumer and commercial markets are targeted, utilizing state-of-the-art
proprietary systems technology.
