Disappearing(TM) Inc., a provider of policy management systems, and ZANTAZ, a provider of Smart Storage Solutions(TM) for electronic messages, announced the formation of a . The strategic alliance is designed to expand distribution of the ZANTAZ Digital Safe(TM) services and Disappearing Inc.’s Policy Manager product to new and existing customers.
Through the new alliance, Disappearing Inc. said it will be able to offer ZANTAZ’s electronic archiving services to its corporate clients as a natural extension of its policy management services. ZANTAZ said the alliance will enable the company to offer automated e-mail retention and expiration functionality, along with its electronic message archiving services.
