[Toronto, CANADA] – Ciber, Inc. which helps businesses to be agile, scalable and connected, will use Changepoint’s professional services automation (PSA) solution to integrate and automate its business processes for delivering Internet projects.

“Changepoint’s PSA solution will support our growing business model of providing Internet, strategy, wireless, business intelligence, and network and security solutions to the Global 2000, emerging companies and Governments,” said Joe Mancuso, Chief Operating Officer, Ciber.

Ciber will use Changepoint’s PSA solution in its 35 U.S. offices. All of Ciber’s employees will use Changepoint’s solution to report time and expenses, while the company’s 200-strong sales force will deploy the customer relationship management module for sales force automation, as well as resource, opportunity and project management.

Neovation, Inc., formerly Interactive Papyrus and now a subsidiary of Ciber, selected the Changepoint PSA solution in April to support its interactive web strategy and online business development.

Based in Englewood, Colo., Ciber’s consultants serve client businesses from 35 Ciber offices, 15 DigiTerra offices and four Neovation offices in the U.S., Canada and Europe.

Changepoint Corp. provides Web-based professional services automation (PSA) solutions for corporate IT departments and professional services organizations. Headquartered in Canada, Changepoint has offices in the U.S., U.K., France and Germany.
