eWatch Internet Monitoring Integrated Into PRoffice

Public affairs software provider Capitol Hill Software said it will integrate eWatch clippings directly into its PRoffice software.

Used for media analysis, press inquiry, and list management by PR agencies and departments, PRoffice will offer Internet clippings alongside its other services.

Rick Rudman, president of Capitol Hill Software, said: “Our new agreement
with eWatch allows PRoffice clients to receive their eWatch reports directly
through PRoffice. This enables our clients to easily manage this information
using the same tools they already use, know and trust to manage their PR
efforts.”

eWatch helps companies to participate in public online discussions, improve
customer service, and keep track of information about them that appears online. It provides an early warning service when it finds false or misleading information about a client company by monitoring more than 50,000 public electronic bulletin boards in the Usenet groups, together with ListServs and all the online services such as America Online.

The integration of eWatch into PRoffice is scheduled for a June release.
