Janna Systems Inc., a provider of enterprise eRelationship Management tools for financial services, partnered this week with Vignette Corp. to deliver personalized customer interaction on the Web.
Janna’s tools let enterprises synchronize customer interactions and transactions across multiple communications channels. Vignette’s e-business applications and services enable Internet businesses to attract and retain new customers.
The integration of Janna’s suite with Vignette’s platform will allow for sharing of customer information. The combination of Janna’s capability to manage information and preferences, and Vignette’s ability to provide personalized content over the Internet, lets a company offer sales campaigns with personalized sales messages and selected marketing content reflecting the customer’s individual preferences.
