Microforum Completes Development with Fair, Isaac to Power ASP Initiative

Inc.
has completed its ASP development contract incorporating its
CALMS(TM) solution into Fair, Isaac & Company, Inc.’s LiquidCredit, a Web-based
application service provider (ASP) solution that provides credit
grantors the ability to make instant credit decisions online. The
LiquidCredit solution is the next generation of Fair, Isaac’s credit
origination platform which is used by more than 800 institutions around
the world.

The CALMS credit adjudication solution by Microforum provides the
application processing and
workflow capabilities delivered as part of the LiquidCredit Web-based
credit decisioning solution, which includes Fair, Isaac’s analytics,
decisioning technology, and ASP infrastructure.

Forrester Research anticipates a 74% increase in the amount of credit
granted on the Internet this year, and estimates that by 2003 more than
$160 billion in consumer credit will be extended online.

Tom Grudnowski, president and chief executive officer of Fair, Isaac
said, “Companies can now access Fair, Isaac’s decision support
instantly, using the Internet, without the effort and expense of
software or model implementation making this solution the next
generation of profitable customer acquisition.”
