Net Shepherd Inc. and Pivotal Corp., a supplier of software to manage a company’s relationship with its customers across electronic networks, will work together strategically.
Net Shepherd has purchased a licence to re-sell Pivotal’s products and integrate them with Net Shepherd’s offerings.
Net Shepherd helps companies combine virtual communities, relationship management, legacy computing systems and I-commerce into a cohesive business process. Pivotal’s flagship product is Pivotal eRelationship.
Net Shepherd’s president and CEO, Don Sandford said that this arrangement enables it to offer world-class e-commerce relationship management solutions to its customers. The combination of technologies means that Net Shepherd will offer the capability to companies to electronically manage relationships with customers within an Internet-based community.
