enterprise, announced the acquisition of Inso’s Information Exchange
Division (IED). IED’s products and technologies will be integrated with IntraNet Solutions’ Xpedio Web

a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held Neonyoyo, a leading
developer of wireless technology which delivers targeted XML content
rendered appropriately, regardless of device type. This acquisition
supports Interwoven’s strategy to
accelerate time to wireless Web for its blue-chip customer base. Under the
terms of the agreement, an aggregate value of approximately $70 million in
Interwoven common stock and cash will be exchanged for the assets,
liabilities and capital stock of Neonyoyo.

REDMOND, Wash., July 11–Spacelabs Medical’s lifeclinic subsidiary
announced that it has reached agreement to acquire one of the most widely
respected health sites on the Internet, bloodpressure.com. Dr.
Thomas Pickering, the founder of the Hypertension Network and bloodpressure.com will join the
clinical advisory board at lifeclinic.com, and the content of the two sites
will be integrated on the lifeclinic.com site. The terms of the agreement

WASHINGTON, July 11–As the first acquisition in an aggressive
strategy to further broaden its stake in the space media industry, Space
Media, a subsidiary media corporation under the SPACEHAB umbrella, has acquired The Space Store, an online site
dedicated to space enthusiasts of all ages, especially children. The Space Store carries more than
400 different space items including NASA flight suits for adults and kids,
space food, and real astronaut mission patches and will add a cyberstore
for space enthusiasts to Space Media, SPACEHAB’s proprietary content developer
for broadcast and Web distribution.
