    PASADENA, May 30–Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch said it has bought privately-held TicketWeb in an all-stock deal
    valued at $35.2 million, expanding the range and depth of CitySearch’s move into ticketing for
    local activities and events. Ticketmaster, which operates both
    the Ticketmaster.com Web site and CitySearch network of local city guides,
    will issue more than 2 million shares, representing about 2 percent of its
    outstanding stock, in the transaction.

    SEBASTIAN, Fla., May 30–eMerge Interactive , a business-to-business Value Chain Integrator serving the
    $40-billion U.S. beef production industry, announced that it has acquired
    Ed Edens Farms of Okolona, Mississippi, a major cattle order-buying
    facility in the southeastern U.S. This acquisition is another move towards
    strengthening eMerge’s
    leadership position as the nation’s largest virtual cattle marketplace. The
    transaction consisted of a combination of stock and cash totaling $3.3
    million.

    SEATTLE, May 30–Internet connectivity provider InterNAP Network
    Services
    said that it has agreed to buy CO
    Space
    , which leases storage facilities that house Internet,
    telecommunications, and data storage equipment, for about $244 million in
    stock. InterNAP said the deal is
    subject to a “collar” with a maximum of 8.8 million shares and a minimum of
    7.2 million of its shares to be issued for CO Space.
