Dot Hill and SNE Form Reseller Partnership

Dot Hill Systems Corp. , a supplier of carrier storage area network (SAN) solutions, announced a strategic partnership with Dutch-based storage reseller SNE Enterprise Solutions. SNE will offer SANnet storage systems as part of its SAN/NAS (network attached storage) storage management solutions.


“We are positioning SANnet as a cost-effective alternative in the high-end mission-critical computing environment in the EMEA marketplace,” said Edgar K. Beck, chief executive officer of SNE. “We believe the price/performance ratio that the Dot Hill products bring to the table will be very successful in this market. SANnet’s superior reliability will also be very attractive to customers with continuous computing requirements.”


Bert van der Woning, managing director Dot Hill EMEA, said, “We are pleased to partner with SNE and look forward to providing their customers with highly available storage solutions. Our SANnet family is well suited to SNE’s storage management solutions. We will also share our expertise in designing and implementing SANs in heterogeneous environments.”


Dot Hill’s customers include Internet service providers, advanced technology and telecommunications companies, and government agencies.
