XIOtech(R) Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Seagate and a storage area network (SAN) provider, today announced that its products will now be available through Nth Generation Computing, Inc. In addition, Nth Generation has also been named a XIOtech Solution Provider (XSP).

“The success that we’ve enjoyed in the SAN and backup arenas has allowed us to be particular about the products that we offer to our clients. We only offer the best of the best,” said Richard Baldwin, CEO and president of Nth Generation Computing, Inc. “When we were introduced to the superior storage virtualization technology of the XIOtech MAGNITUDE SAN, we knew its open architecture, ease of use and flexibility was perfect for delivering comprehensive storage solutions for our clients. The MAGNITUDE SAN is an excellent addition to our menu of best-of-breed products.”

“As business-critical data continues to grow, delivering solutions to the challenges our customers face on a day-to-day basis is a necessity,” said Richard Blaschke, executive vice president of marketing for XIOtech. “While we are developing solutions to the most common storage challenges, we rely on our XSP partners to focus on challenges that exist in industry-specific data centers. Nth Generation is an outstanding addition to our top shelf XSP integration partners. Their strong reputation in Open Architecture SAN and Backup integration makes them a perfect partner for XIOtech.”
