[Toronto, CANADA] — Cyberplex
Inc.
, a North American Internet professional services firm, has
partnered with immoeuro B.V. to
develop the European Realty System (ERS), the first business-to-business
infrastructure solution for the European real estate industry.

Based in Amsterdam, with offices in London, Paris, Munich, Milan,
Barcelona and Madrid, Immoeuro helps real estate agents and offices
across Europe use the Internet to provide their services.

The European Realty System (ERS) is a centralized electronic hub that
facilitates collaborative commerce and accelerates business by linking
real estate professionals with business processes, information,
suppliers, business partners and clients. The system provides a set of
information, management and communication solutions for real estate
industry professionals throughout Europe. It is multicultural,
multilingual and multi-currency.

Powered by eight database servers, the ERS was built to handle 1,000
concurrent users and is scalable to 3,000 concurrent users. The site can
maintain over 100 million real estate property listings.

“This is the first truly multilingual application we have built and
certainly the largest database implementation, marking this a real
milestone for CX,” says Dean Hopkins, chief executive officer,
Cyberplex. “We are thrilled at the level of technological expertise this
project demanded and we
are now poised for even greater challenges in the European market.”

Cyberplex used Vignette StoryServer to implement the multilingual
content management and content display system for Immoeuro’s online
Resource Centre content. According to Vignette Professional Services,
Immoeuro is the most sophisticated multilingual implementation yet
developed on the StoryServer platform.

Headquartered in Toronto, Cyberplex has offices in Austin, Boston,
Charlotte, Halifax, San Diego, San Francisco and Waterloo.
